I don't think that heaven and hell (or afterlife in general) are even raised as possibilities in the book of Exodus nor in many other other places in the Hebrew bible.... afterlife becomes a concern later on.

Yes, I do think so. I think kids under a certain age are not held accountable for bad things they do because they're not old enough or mature enough to know if what they're doing is right or wrong. So, yes, I think a bunch of them went to heaven.

The savage, inhumane god that perpetrated that massacre should himself be burning in hell. I suspect that Satan, himself, would have more compassion toward children.
