im in almost every class and he keeps staring at him and then he catches me staring at him then we just flirt all the time so what should i do

Firstly, he only catches you staring, because you want him to. And, judging solely on the little information you provided, I'd say you've got nothing to lose by being upfront with him. Just don't go into the situation with any expectations, and you'll come out satisfied regardless of the outcome.
