well i'm agnostic and all of that sounds really beautiful too bad alot of people don't feel that way life would be much better if everybody could accept one another and tolerate one another and not be divided and segregated from one another

Are all those things in your list compatible with each other? For example, "live for the now", seems to suggest placing short term gain over long term advantage, like it could be used to justify destroying the environment for short term gain: lets live it up now, who cares about global warming or mass extinctions tomorrow.
"choose your life" seems a bit too vague. What if someone decides to choose a life of crime, or maybe something less obviously wrong, but still not good, like a life of greed and selfishness but preserving an outward respectability?
"be a good person" sounds good, but how do you define what is good? To some people, being a good person may mean invading another country and killing lots of people.

I'm undoubtedly biased, but that reads like a description of Unitarian Universalism, which I admire very much, especially its emphasis on respect for each person's right to seek truth and fulfillment in her own way.

Do you have to be religious to be all of the above??
Apart from spirituality i would say i'm all of the above. I've never been to church in my life.
Not suggesting you in any way, but it seems to me that religion is destructive. Why??
Yes youre probably right. I do love a Vodka or too!!!! Whoops or two.

All rules will ultimately fail. Religion must be based on providing deep experiences of reality that help people comprehend more. Without actual experience, rules will be misinterpreted and bungled.

According to truth they have everything. According to beliefs they're trying to get some where.

If it's not one thing it would be another.
Unification of the religions won't bring world peace.
The return of Christ will.
