I'm not apposed to children, just curious. Also, are they more likely to be more of a challenge in opening up to you than a never married woman?

My mom has been in two divorces since I was born and she doesn't have any problems with men. And (except for the two she married) it usually works out fine. But, I think she is scared of getting married and having to get in another divorce. Be careful though, women with children are like momma bears, they will do anything to protect their young. As for the opening up I don't think that is a problem.

Things are always easier when there aren't kids involved. Divorced women would be easier to date if they have no kids, but that shouldn't be the deciding factor. "Oh, this chick has kids, it'll take too much work to date her."

yes. its very likely that the children are going to want to protect their mom from any other men, and they will probably not be willing to open up to you. also, young children may think that their mother and father will get back together, and so they wouldnt want a stranger get in the way.

Well dating them is less complicated, thats for sure. I feel that the opening up, I assume you are referring to personal disclosure , depends more on the woman's personality how much she reveals to others.

i think yes on both scores. i know my mother was more distant when we were little then be for she had married my father. plus when you have kids you are overly care full with guys cause you don't want your children to get attached to guys who aren't going to stay.
