Wash your hair once a week. Maybe that Pantene shampoo is bothering you. Try using other shampoo that protects your hair from damaging.

Switch shampoos. Pantene's got a rep for makign people lose hair anyway.

Ah, 2 times a week?
Do you only notice it in the shower?
And do you keep your hair up in pony tails..ect?
When i have my hair up for a long period of time,
then when i shower it seems like alot of hair is coming out.
But you lose something like 100 strands of hair a day,
and if they are washed out or fall out because your hair is pulled tight, then it just may seem like alot of hair is falling out, but really its only a fews days worth of it naturally :)
And good luck, if a TON of hair is falling out ask a doctor or hair sepcialist

Loss of hair can be an indication of some problem going on internally. You could have a low thyroid (hypothyroidism) or some other reason this is happening.
See a physician....

Buy Folicure or Ma' Evan's hair care. Or visit your ginecologyst cause it can be due to an hormonal unbalance.

From my personal experience it could be your thyroid. Have it checked. Easily fixed with medication.
