Sometimes you have to sit back and take it in, knowing in the back of your mind you're the real deal.
Example, I knew I was a better baseball player than another guy, but a kid assumed he was better and kept saying how much better the other guy was. I could've gotten angry and said 'no, im much better, here is why' and gotten jealous. But instead I sat back and ignored it, who cares, 'I' know the truth which is all that matters, who really cares if some kid thinks someone else is better. Good for him and the other guy, perhaps he can feel better about himself.
If, I, a mere human being can take not being the 'only and best' when it comes to a situation where I would be, why can't an omniscent perfect all-loving God?

If that was the only problem? When they go into false religion like Islamic they beat there selves with chains and have a false idea of what a woman's role is to him. In Africa they are taking 30,000 children to use as sex slaves.
In ancient times they practiced child sacrifice, temple prostitutes male and female put there by their parents.
Young women are sold to the hightest bidder. Who takes multiple wives and treats them and his children badly.
when the bible teaches us the right way of doing things.
Didn't your mother ever tell you the best place to hide a leaf is in a forest. So Satan comes up with all these false ideas.
When a child dies thay say God took him. Not only is that a lie, it is cruel. Even what you would call the right religion has pagan customs. Christmas is sun worship, and is there a Santa Clause? That is a lie. So false religion is full of lies about God and misrepresentations. How would you feel if someone told lies about you? Said you were wrathful and cruel and hated people.
Kept them alive just to torture them.

so, if another ball player cam into the scope and was 5 times better than you and got all the attention, it would not bother you? yea, ok. You do have the choice to worship something else. just remember when the days become dark and dismal, look to that same object that you have been worshipping, instead of God. Good luck!

God tells us He is a jealous God and He gives His glory to no one. Because He is who He is, He will not allow us to worship anyone else.
I want you to take time to read the Book of Job in the Old Testament. Job was self-righteous like you, to himself, and not parading it to others. Since you are questioning God, listen in the Book of Job how God answers.

It is the welfare of the people doing the worshipping that God is concerned about, it is not about an ego trip for God. God wants people to worship him so that he can save them from hell. They can, if they wish, worship other gods including themselves but these things are not gods and cannot help them where it matters most.

He's a jealous God. He created us to be in relationship with Him. He seeks us out today for relationship. Did you get that? He pursues us for relationship.
I know why He's jealous...He loves me and wants what is best for me...and you too.
He is a loving, righteous and forgiving God.

Because the people who are polytheists (meaning worshipers of more than one god) are wrong, if there is one god. If there is one god (I myself beleive there is only one god), god will punish those who are polytheists, like it said in the bible, torah, and quran. This is because it means your faith was (or is) wrong, which is why god created the such thing as afterlife (if you beleive it), which is hell or heaven. He created this to punish those who didn't beleive him as one.
In fact, I think that was the meaning of life. To praise God and to worship him as one.
