Eat while you drink, also drink lots of water to rehydrate.

There is a mexican soup called Menudo and literally is a mexican cure. If you are not adventurous you may have trouble with the Tripe (cows stomach lining) but once you try it you will realize how well it works. If I do not have a ready supply I will instead drink spicy V-8 and that seems to help.

If you are friends with someone that can do so and are licensed to do so let them start an IV, and give you a 500 to 1000 ml bolus of normal saline.

If not eat something with alot of grease in it (ex. fast food), drink Gatorade or something that is supposed to replentish alot of electrolytes.

Food, plenty of water (alcohal dries you out), and rest. If you feel the urge to throw up...do it. You body is just expelling the poison. Do not start drinking again.that is a big myth.
