You think God is talking to you through your dreams, correct? It's possible. It's also possible that He's not. If I were you, my first step would be therapy. Dreams can be very important in relation to what is going on in our every day life.

Sounds more like a mild case of schizophrenia to me. It doesn't happen only to drug addicts or people with past mental problems.Sometimes chemical imbalances happen to normal people and can be treated with no big deal.
Call a psychologist and make an appointment very soon.
Oh yeah, And don't listen to the voices. You might end up doing something stupid that you will regret when you get rid of it.

you have to just decide if its really God or just a dream. God DOES talk to people in their dreams, but you need to listen. if your heart agrees 100%with what He says,then it's possible.
pray to Him and ask him for guidance. He'll answer(in some way) if it's Him.

God speaks to many people. You must pray for understanding of the meening. Then everything will be clear. God speaks to me in my dreams too.

Non Christians do not believe God can talk to you. If you believe then listen to him. I firmly believe God speaks to people but you have to be willing to listen.

the reason they aren't taking you seriously is because they don't believe. as long as you believe that is between you and God. it doesn't matter what anyone thinks.

Get rid of ALL spiritistic items in your home...crosses, statues, rosaries, chant books or whatever. Then destroy them. Pray and read your Bible everyday out loud.
