I know that I have to eat 20 points, but how can I save up point or get to eat more points if I excercise. How does it work??

you get so many bonus points a week to like treat your self

when you exercise you can get points back there is a chart in one of the books they gave us.

you can save point by
*using light yogurt
*no drinks with calories
*eat veggies for snack.. 1 cup brocclie and 1 cup celery + 1tsp dip is only 1 point
* watch your extras

use items with non sugar sweetners

there is a 32 points a week(extra allowance) but there is a chart that they can give you at meetings that tells you how much more to eat depending on the exercise that you're doing
