If there is a heaven, what would we do or what is our purpose there?

I cant imagine what in the heck you would do in heaven!! Someone give me a bone to pick on!

Here's your bone to pick with. We were created to live on the earth when Adam and Eve sinned they cause a new system to to be put into place because if they didn't sin we would have never would have known death and sin. Since we are sinners 144,000 people were picked to go up to heaven to be kings, priests and judges, They will judge mankind and who else better to do it since they lived with sin themselves and were imperfect so that they have sympathy for our cause. They were mostly made up of Jesus's close disciples and that quota is full, the remaining humans are left for the ressurrection to live on a paradise on earth, the 144,000 will be our leaders from heaven directing us in the clean up and teaching us the one perfect language again just as in the beginning before Babel. The Jehovah Witnessing are starting their book study of the book of Revelations and it goes into great detail about Armeggedon and how to survive and what we are to do after Armeggedon during the Thousand year Reign of Christ and restoring the earth and cleaning it up. All things will be made new says the book of revelations. So contact our local kingdom if you want to know more.

Heaven is God's lair. He dwells and meditates there. He is allowing a select few humans to accompany him there. Every other righteous person will inhabit the new Earth. If you think about it, Heaven is a place of etrnal light. We have become accustomed to how we live and play here to even think of how blessed it would be to be in a place of non-materialism. A place of eternal beauty.

Look out your window, your looking at it. Know one will ever leave this earth. According to the word of God. Only he that came from heaven is in heavan, other than the angels and The Father, no one else.

We will live life with excitement and joy !

We will plant gardens and eat from them, we will eat freely from the tree of life and be able to walk in the original Garden of Eden.We will set at Jesus feet and listen to Him talk. WOW !

But we wont be little fat baby's,setting on clouds playing harps....we will have life's to live and SOoo many places to see and go,

I agree with ZCT it is impossible now days to get to heaven if there is one. Who the hell has that much patience to live the way He wants us too? I threw in my towel i'm through! depression, sickness, living in fear, treating people right just so they can walk all over you... all for the kingdom of heaven.

IF there is a heaven (which I do not personally believe in) we would all probably be reading books or some other extremely boring thing.

We will be doing what Adam and eve were doing before they sinned. Living,walking,talking,and praising God.We will be tending to the garden. We will have responsibility's but it will not be hard work.heaven is a prepared place for prepared people.
