Grrr, my ex keeps emailing me, but when he does its mean, and I get very angry, should I tell him where to go or just let it go? He broke it off with me, no I didn't do anything, hes a friggin nut. I get very angry, very easily, when it comes to certain things, and this is one of them, I have a feeling that builds up in me and I can't get rid of it unless I run for miles, or beat some1 up, or have something good happen to me. Please help, I can't take this anymore.

I know exactly how you feel... But I've learned the hard way. Don't let him channel his negative vibes on you. He's probably mad because you're not obsessing over that fact he broke it off with you, but whatever the reason, let it be - just ignore him and he'll eventually get tired and leave you alone. But as long as he knows his actions get you upset (and you keep responding), then all you're doing is fueling the fire. Don't let him bring you to his low level. Let him see that you'll be the bigger person... let him keep making an *** of himself. There should be a feature in your email account that lets you block certain senders? If not, the file harrassment charges against him (in a worse case senario).

Block your ex out if you can. For now that will work for this particular situation, but you need to find a way to control your behavior. As I've learned, feelings themselves aren't bad, it's how we react to them that counts.
