the best thing for me has been keeping a food journal, writing it down makes me stay on track, and I workout in the mornings.

Hey - well i've tried them all and really most 'diet plans' work initially the issue is more weight management so its important to find a plan that's really a lifestyle change rather than a short term answer.
So far i've found that the GL (Glycemic Load) diet is working really well. Its kind of a newer or updated and easier version of the GI diet. Its works to balance your blood sugar levels so you don't get hungry and crave sugar or sweets so much. I've found its working if you really do start making the changes. check out www.patrickholford.com (nutritionist who promotes it) or try get the book. Great thing is that you do eat protien, carb, fats etc no restrictions in that sense however its the 'good carbs' and lean protiens you need to focus on.
Good luck!

As long as the nutrition plan provides a well-balanced meal program that provides the necessary nutrients, then the best diet plan is the one that you are willing to stick with!
There was a recent study, I think it was posted on the American Council on Exercise website, that tested four popular diet plans for weight loss. The results were that each plan was successful IF THE PARTICIPANT STAYED ON THE PLAN.
Just make sure it is a healthy plan. Consult your doctor or a nutritionist for specific advice.

Weight Watchers. It may sound lame, because there are no pills, no special foods (they have snack foods that you can buy, but you don't have to, and aren't even ASKED to), and no gimmicks. However, I have tried LA weight loss, all the diet pills out there including Leptoprin ($150/bottle), fasts, the Dr, Phil book, I mean EVERYTHING, and then I went to Weight Watchers and immediately, week one, started losing weight. Their plan is just too easy, and it's healthy, you can eat what you want within reason, and I started really looking forward to it. I've learned to cook so many really delicious foods that do not taste like diet food. Try it.

Dieting is Bad!
-Skipping breakfast only makes u more hungery at Lunch so u tend 2 eat more therefore you are not losing weight
-Having low-carb food is not good because carbs give you the energy your body needs
-You need eat every food group to stay healthy!
A simple walk in the neighborhood everyday will be good to lose some weight
And maybe if you can afford this buy a tradmill for will it rains, or go to a local gym and work out
