i 've lost the outer boxes which told me if the lenses were for my L or R eye,
On the packet one says CYL -0.75
the other says CYL-1.25
I know my left eye is the strongest, so any ideas which packet is which? Thanks

I've been wearing contacts for twelve years now and this has happened to me as well!! Since your left eye is your strongest eye, the -.75 contact would be for that eye.... in contact prescriptions, the higher the number, the weaker the eye... for example, my prescription is -7 in both eyes! I'm really bad! lol.... hope this helped!

Put the -1.25 cyl in your worse eye. If that is correct, you will see same as always. If that seems wrong or blurry, simply switch them. Then verify with your doctor when possible for peace of mind. Goodluck.

The strongest eye would need the weaker lens i.e -0.75. You can put this in your left eye and see. If your vision is not clear, u can swap the lenses and cheak. This will not harm your eye. Good luck.

depends on what you mean by the strongest. The .75 is for the eye that sees the best (it is not as strong) just call the dr to find out for sure

The CYL -1.25 is the strongest, but you might still want to call your eye doc...

The strongest eye probably req the lense with the lesser strength. you will have to use trial and error if you need them tonight. Otherwise call your optician tomorrow

It's been years since I've worn contacts, so don't quote me, but the one that says -.75 is probably for the stronger eye....if that doesn't work, try them out. If your vision is bad when one is in one eye and the other is in the other eye, then switch the contacts.

Call your eye DR. They can look in your file and tell you. :)
