depends how tall you are really, 130 and 6'2" is under weight.
eat less exercise more. not really rocket science.

Your skinny enough. If ya wanna lose 5 pounds (that's the most you should lost) then do this: Drink a lot of green tea because it boosts your metabolism for a while. Drink it before and after you eat and before you exercise. This may sound silly, but crawl up your stairs instead of walking because it moves more muscles. Also try eating less. Try eating crisp bread and vegies and drink low calorie soup. You should also try running half a mile to a mile after dinner. When your sitting down, move your fingers or swing your feet (as long as you don't kick anyone) and try to be more active. Check your weight every 3-5 days, if you check every day or every other day, you'll get discouraged because you won't lose a lot of weight. Good luck!

130 pounds is very light. So, unless you're like 2 feet tall, you probably need to GAIN weight!

If you feel like you need to lose weight the first thing you need to do is go see your family doctor. He or she will be able to tell you how much it is safe for you to lose as well as tell you if it is safe for you to engage in physical exercise. They can also advise you as to the best way to alter your diet and even refer you to a nutritional specialist if you want further help.

i'm in the same boat that you are in. i weigh about the same and everytime i tell someone that i want to lose weight, they tell me i dont need it. i cant give you much advice cuz i myself havent been successful. but just make sure you lose weight safely. being anorexic or bulimic isnt going to help. just exercise and eat healthy. good luck to both of us :)

Jesus, you're a big fatso. You need emergency-diet instruction. Here's what you really should do, Nelly. Only, only eat lump crab meat, for breakfast.... then for lunch eat about 3 laxitives, then for dinner, puke out whatever is in your measily stomach. That ought to bring you down to a healthy 83 pounds.
