Hmmm. From your lists, I'd choose Molly and David.
I'd encourage you to avoid Ashley for a boy. Lots of girls are named that, and boys do not want to have the same name as girls, for sure.

girl:
1. Tiffany
2. Molly
Martha= old fashioned; Ruby= outdated
boy:
1. David
2. Timothy
Jack=it's okay, i guess; Ashley= he will be teased in elementary & middle school for having a girl's name-don't put him through that

Girl: Molly. Otherwise Tiffany.
Boy: Jack or David. They are both really nice names.

Molly for a girl, although it suits brunettes better than blondes
Jack is my favourite and if you must pick Ashley, shorten it to Ash so it sounds more manly.
Mackenzie is a good boy's name - can be shortened to Mack which sounds strong.
Good luck choosing!
