well Italian dressing ..its cheap and easy..just the way I like my woman...just kidding..it works well on chicken and beef..and its easy..just by a bottle of it..or make fresh your self...go luck happy eating..don't forget to leave room for desert...

For beef, lately I've used apple cider vinegar, steak sauce, garlic, sage, and oregano. And it is tasty! And you can add hot sauce for a bit of heat.
I don't use vinegar with the chicken, but I will use steak sauce, hot sauce, and a number of spices together for a marinade for that.
Another thing you can use is old wines that have been sitting around too long to be palatable as drinks. They're still good for marinades, or to add to the crock pot if you're making a pot roast.

Apple Cider vinegar and garlic. Equal parts vinegar and water. Alot of garlic. Salt & pepper to taste.
Use on Chicken or turkey.
