Lighting??/?

Question

does anyone else get bothered by florecent(sp?) lights? I had to sit in a class all day with them and it almost gives me a head ache and dizzy

Your problem is due to the fact that fluorescent lights are not continuous light...they pulse rapidly...some people are effected by this. Try wearing a tinted pair of glasses, rose or brown, this helps cut glare from the desk and other surfaces in the room, and seems to diminish the effect of pulse of the light. This helped me while I was in school.

I feel your pain. I work 8-5 in h-e-l-l w/florecent lighting.
