i'd like to take a little 10 bucks oven to Mexico and i was wondering if i;d had the chance to put it inside the bag, or as a personal bag, i mean i dont know , i want to buy it but i dont wanna be at the airport and have someone taken the oven away, so,, i dont know

If it's in your checked luggage it should be fine. I just wouldn't check anything expensive since those TSA screeners don't know what the heck they're doing and I've found other people's underwear in my bag and God knows what else they're doing with people's stuff. Beware of packing anything breakable too. They're not exactly gentle with your bags. An oven would probably look suspicious in your carry on. It's only $10. Check it and if they screw it up, file a claim. Don't forget you need a passport to fly to Mexico or anywhere outside the US now.
