Generally it's "use it or lose it"! In other words when you have sex often (through jacking off or f---ing or b--- jobs) it just increases your appetite. If you are suffering from premature ejaculation (c-mming too soon), then jacking off before a sexual encounter with a woman can actually help and make you last longer. However you probably wouldn't normally want to jack off immediately before a date if that wasn't the problem. I'd give a little time in there to "re-charge your batteries". Nothing at all wrong with jacking off as much as you want of course...it's completely normal and healthy and I think increases your appetite for any sex...just don't do it right before the date unless you suffer from premature ejaculation.
