Does anyone have any experience with electro stimulation?

I want to try this, but is it safe? Does it hurt really bad?

I am talking about electric stimulation, not a vibrator....

It can be safe, and very fun. Just be careful as over doing it can cause some damage. Be sure to used devices made for erotic stimulation, don't just stick something in a socket and go for it....haha.

I had TENS unit applied to a sore back, helped a lot, doesn't hurt.
