I was thinking of getting a memory stick and installing itunes on that.

many employers block employees from downloading / installing any executable file. Check with your IT contact and find out if this has been blocked. Note that if your scared to ask because then they would know what you were doing, than you probably already know you're not supposed to be doing it and suspected that they had a block on it - at which point the question you really want an answer to is "How to unblock my employers security so that I can break the rules and download / install stuff and they won't know?"

BTW, none of us will know the answer to that question.

you probably don't have the admin rights. Is that a laptop or a desktop?

If that is a laptop, you could bring it home and install it by not logging in to your work's network. I am nt just sure though if it would work at work when you go back.

Most employers do block anything to do with programs that lets you download music from the net.
Be cautious on this as if you were to get caught, there would be some consequences.
