Obviously no real runners here! Yes there are differences in terms of running early a.m. or p.m. due to differing hormone levels throughout the day, circadian rhythms etc. I run much better in the evening for example. I found an article for you from a good running magazine which explains the science.

I think the only real benefit of running in the evening is that your leg muscles have had time to supple up, it's something to do with the fluid in or around them. Hence they are less likely to get pulled or jarred. Along the same lines as better to run on grass than concrete.

No there isn't. Find out what is best for you. Some people like to exercise in the am and some in the pm. Everyone's body is different, so do what feels best to you.

less traffic ,fresher air ,more peacefull and you get to see the sun come up ,and the early morning mist ,what more could one want

It is colder in the early hours so you will use more energy running and therefore burn more fat
