Simply turning off stuff when your done with it. If everyone in America did that, tons (literally) of CO2 emissions would be cut back.

CO2 is not the problem. CO2 is not a pollutant ,it is needed by the plants of this earth to live . Why do u have it in for the plants ?They have done nothing to u . Mother nature resolved this problem a few million years ago when she introduced plants . Plants take in CO2 and keeps the C and gives us back the O2. So there is not a CO2 problem except the bad calculations. If the calculations had been correct there would be some people dead. Oxygen should be 20.9 % and if it drops just below 19.5 % u will pass out.

I drive a tiny, dinky car with good gas mileage.

Also, I plant lots of plants and trees and stuff--they suck up some chemicals here and there.

I also keep my place not-quite-comfortable to conserve electricity (which is often provided in my area by burning coal.) Cutting fuel/electric consumption by using good insulation, shade, weather-stripping, and keeping a not-ideal temp inside can cut fossil fuel consumption. Plus, it's cheaper.

Besides, when it's colder, my kitty likes me more and snuggles with me to stay warm. More kitty love is always a bonus!

stop driving, or drive only when absolutely necessary, use public transportation, support renewable energy. Don't leave lights on, air dry your cloths, stop eating meat, tell other people about it.
