Why would you want to ruin a perfectly good turkey doing that?
As my mother aways said, there are starving children all over the world who would love that turkey.

Let's see. Are you a US citizen? If so, the 'first floor' is what other countries call 'Ground Floor'. The odds of breaking any human's bones - except maybe toes - are minimal. The smallest bones in the turkey carcass - yes, quite likely.
If you're non-US and mean the first floor above ground level - damage to humans/animals is possible. More severe damage to the bones in the carcass is likely.
(I do wish "Americans" would use the same terms as the rest of the world - it would avoid this sort of confusion!!)

I watched a Mythbusters episode showing that it would break the bones of a small dog when dropped from about waist high - so I'm guessing that it would break all sorts of bones if dropped from a window!

I guess that would depend on if it's fresh or frozen.
If Fresh the turkey bones will likely break
If frozen then any one standing below's bones will likely break

A first floor window could be only three feet above the garden so no. From the second floor, however, probably broken bones, yes...

Yes. Check out the "Mythbusters" as they did an episode out of a freezer (about 4 feet) which broke bones.

ummmmmmmm........... it depends on the height of the window. If it is high then the meat would cusion the fall and the bones probably wouldnt break. If it was low then no not at all.
