it's called a mullet and you don't want that. Get it layered and texturized. If you have a Toni and Guys in your mall, go there and tell them to do a deep point cut. It'll look thinner.

If you said that to most stylists you would get a mullet, try looking at the Big Sexy Hair website....I think what you might be wanting is called the Rocker Doll that's in a lot of magiznes right now.
The other thing is, Pictures, pictures, pictures!!!
Rip out pictures of the style you like from magazines and show them to your stylist it helps eliminate miscommunication, and a bad running out the door crying situation

I think the style you are talking about is layers. I've had them for like 6 months now, people say I look really nice with it.

That is short wavy hair with layers.

Also, see if you might want to donate your hair to Locks of Love, they use your hair to provide children under 18 that suffer from any kind of medically-related hair loss.

Do you really want a mullet haircut

try getting layers put through your hair to make it look less bulky

I have thick thick hair. And because i'm a red head, makes my hair even thicker. I would reccomend, because of your thick hair, to get layers, no less than three, and no more than five. If you get your hair styled at a salon or have your own personal hairdresser, ask them to thin your hair. They do this by simply taking razor like brushes and combing them together through your hair making it thinner. Hope this helps!

i hope you dont mean a mullet
but normally you can just ask your hair dresser to cut your hair a certain way
and if you have to much hair, ask them to cut your hair with a razor, because it thins out your hair

it's layered... but you should try long layers... that way your hair will lose a lot of volume... but what ever you do... DON'T GET A MULLET!!!!!!!!!!!!
