Have you ever thought about TALKING to him about it? Also I hope you are using condoms or another birth control method. Maybe he just doesn't want to get you pregnant! Some guys also have problems ejaculating inside a woman, especially in the beginning because they are used to jacking off, which is a bit different feeling than f---ing. Nerves can also play a part. To tell you the truth, it's healthy. He probably does it because he is having a hard time getting off with regular sex, so he is jerking off in order to climax. It's not your fault though.
