Yes, and so do blind people, they just can't see! But, they can remember scents, touches, and affection!

All animals, not just dogs whether they're blind or not, have very good memories , even the aging animals, sometimes you can see this in their sleep. The way they sleep at night and the way they behave during their sleep cycle. Also, If something violent has happened they will remember that first and foremost, why, I'm not really sure, but any tragedy, that has happened that's usually foremost on their thought.

As long as the blind dog did not lose his sight due to a severe head injury, they still have memories. A dog's sight is not his most important sense. A dog's sense of smell and hearing is incredibly more sensitive than ours and those will trigger memories just as much as sight would, probably more.

Yes, of course, they would have just as much memory as a seeing dog. Just as a blind person has just as much memory as a seeing person, most likely even a more refined memory.

A dog's eyesight is inherently not very good, so sight is not their primary sense. Dogs remember the most from smells. So a blind dog's memory would be just as good as any.

All animals have memories, even paramecia. The animal might have very little memory (Dory the fish, for example), but if there's a brain, there's a memory. Plants are the living item that lack memory as they lack a brain.

Of course. They can be taught voice commands, and learn their territory and how to navigate it.

Here's how you can demonstrate memory in any dog. Open the refridgerator door. Watch what the dog does. Yup, he remembers where food is kept, doesn't he?

yes. My mom's dog is blind and he's learned when I say "thunk" he's about to run into something solid. He can also get around the house just fine until she moves something on him, then he goes by my saying thunk until he figures out the new arrangement.
