what needed is programming skills
while marketing it to safe guard your interest you might need one

because if ur developed software is really that strong and effective and helpful to people to get their work done, u could see many ppl using it.. and if ur things are used by people.,. will u like it ??
u better sell it to them rather distribute it free isnt it ?
could be ur sourse of income as well !!!

try calling a software creator and selling them your idea it is easier than publishing a program and probably cheaper hence more profit
