It is so easy to get up in the romanticism ( is that even a word/) of on line chatting. But I think the reason most people like it is because of the anonymity of it. It's great to beable to play out whatever or whoever you want to be.
This is probably what has happened to you. I doubt the "girl" you have been talking to is either one: a girl or two: just had no interest ever in meeting anyone.
Especially if you were have intimate talk. Chances are thats all she wanted.

She may be shy.Ask her the questions you just asked.ask her if she's shy.she may have a male room mate.maybe she's afraid cause she might be heavy and afraid that you might not like her cause she is.Maybe she thinks she's not as hot as you are.Ect ect
