Is it good bad or dumb to ask - a complete stranger / someone you hardly know or just meet for the first time - out on a date?
is it best to wait till you know someone betta or not?

I think it depends really - and on how you ask the person! I was on a night out once (sober as I was driving) and this random guy came up to me and just asked me out on a date! lol We did see each other once but it wasn't meant to be. Also, a guy came into my work the other week and asked me out randomly...I found him a bit patronising so I turned him down. It's the same if you're asking out someone you know - it's all to do with how you ask them. In my opinion anyway! lol

I think its a good idea, nothing ventured nothing gained. Life is way to short to not take any risks and some people fail to realise life is for living. Anyway what's the worse thing that can happen she/he says no? but if you don't ask you will never know.

Go for it and ask them out. Most people are strangers when they meet anyways. Go out and get to know her better.
