Alright. I like this guy and i'm 14 and he's 16. I''m a freshman and he's a junior. I've known him since i was in 5th grade and i don't know what to do because i'm crushing on him SOOOO hard. Whenever I see him i get all nervous and like me he is extremely shy and so i know he won't make the first move. I want to go out with him sooo bad.. what should i DO??????

Just get some courage, be forward, and tell him you think he's cute and ask if he wants to go out to the movies or to dinner one night when he's not busy. If you want to be really impressive, offer to pay for it. If you have some serious stones, ask him out to a dance. Good luck. All you have to do is ask.

ask him out. the only way to kick nerves is to just do it. trust me i've been there. well, not as a 14 yr old girl with a 16 yr old guy, but as an 18 yr old guy w/ a 20 yr old girl

first step just say hi, if he responds start a simple conversation with him, depending on his response take it from there, although you may have to be the one initialy to do the asking
