seeing he hasn't how can you say that they wont accept that?

But it is based on fundamental assumptions that do not change. Including the existence of God. Moral rules themselves do not change. That is, the ideal does not change, though more will need to be explored for new questions.

As far as they are concerned, the Bible is the end-all and be-all of morality. Anything else is "evil".
