you go contact your CC company. Unless its a debt card you really wont need the pin unless you are using cash advance, and if this is yoour first card and you need to ask a question like this, dont use cash advance.

A debit card does not require a PIN. You can make a purchase and sign the sales slip, just like a credit card.

many times your pin comes seperately in a different letter sent by your bank so look for it in the mail 1-3 days after your card comes.

go back to the bank that issued it and reset the pin
