my 94 camry at idle when in gear and foot on brake runs down to like 6 hundred rpm? it vibrates the steering wheel somewhat,,but if i push the gas just a little up to like 800 -900 it smooths out i noticed it was at like 900 one day and i saw it drop down to 600 its got new plugs,wires,dis cap roter,,would this be a vaccume leak? if so, any common hoses to check? or valves that could cause this?

whats the best way to clean it buy some spray cleaner and spray it into the intake ?

as your car is over 10 years old you may want to consider replace all your vacuum hoses and also consider replacing all your cooling hoses and belts. after 10 years and plenty of concentrated heat hoses and belts wear out. I would replace them before they become a problem. If after replacing the vacuum hoses you may want to check the EGR valve and for good measure replace the PCV and your fuel filter. If you're going to keep your vehicle you may as well enjoy it.

Try to clean the throttle body and idle air control motor ,sounds like your not getting enough air at idle
