I made a delicious smoothie yesterday with 1/2 cup strawberry smoothie mix i bought from target, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries from walmart 1/2 cup of H2o & 1/2 cup of ice w/ a little sugar. DELICIOUS!!

I make a banana and peach smoothie with honey grab 2 peeled bananas 1can of peaches drained, 1half cup powered milk, 4 table spoons of honey and a million and a million/2 cups ice mixture and enjoy

I just made my first one this morning! I put 1/4 container of soft tofu, almost a cup of frozen peaches with 2 frozen strawberries, some ice and orange juice to help make it liquidy- oh and a spoonful of splenda.
