i've been freezing and i haven't eaten for 2 days. i tried to eat and i threw it up. i can't sleep very well but i'm always exhausted. i get light headed and very dizzy sometimes. does anybody know what might be wrong before i go to a doctor?

I say a virus type flu thing, the dr will tell you to rest take lots of fluids and pain relief, perhaps.

i had the stomach flu once...and it felt just like that. sorry man, get well soon.
