I might being playing another player and have a rating of 1267 and then when that player leaves and a new player starts to play for some reason it will say my old rating was 1227 even though before it was 1267 even if I win the game with the new player. Its like between games it looses my rating

it's a very clever way to try to spot out the cheater. if you have really high points try to play with other people with points similair to yours. this way you will only lose like 3 or 4 points. but if you play a provisional and your points are high then you will lose lots of points. this is because you are playing the new people and the new people are easy to beat but you will only gain very minimul amount of points if you win. thats what i had to learn when i was playing checkers. i lost 50 points because i was playing a provisional and my rating was like 2500. so just play with people with points similair to yours. :)

It could just be a problem with the program. Or maybe you have to finish the game in some way that will save your rank.

Also it might just be a rank during a game and when that game ends your rank drops because the game ended.
