I'm also running Internet Security Suite e-trust anti spam on MS Outlook and want to make sure I retain it. Do I need to uninstall office 2000 first? Or just load MS Office 200

My opinion, I would uninstall MS 2000 before installing MS 2003.

Anything you need to know - be prepared for a few annoyances. you just about learn one program then a new version is introduced which forces you to relearn what you have been doing. I was perfectly happy with Office97.
