http://www.ccleaner.com/ i use ccleaner its free and gives the option to save deleated files, you can keep them untill your sure its ok to delete, or click the icon to put them back

I USE REGSCRUBXP, ADVANCED WINDOWS CARE VERSION 2 PERSONAL, AND WISE REGISTRY CLEANER, ALL FREE.
