depends dear.
i suggest you catch up with him and make sure you know whether he's busy, or has some sort of a personal problem that he may be directing his attention to, before you jump to any conclusions.
Stay positive, that will help you handle the situation, if one arises, better.
Try asking him, theres nothing more solid in a relationship then good communication, it could be a number of things that's happened.
1.he;s busy with something, for a few days.
2.he doesnt see the need to wait around or call that often , because you guys are dating and see eachother in school a lot, i suppose, or maybe hes just waiting for you to call him and hasnt admitted it
3.worse case scenario, he doesn't care to do so.
though i doubt it's that, all my advice is is that you confront your boyfriend, just ask him casually.
"hey, you been busy?" or "hey i know this is out of the blue, but any reason why you dont wait for me afterschool? i been wondering"
and do it with a smile, dont look angry, dont be manipulative, your curious so act that way, you dont want to get him defensive and in a position where hed think you'd get annoyed easily,because then he;s going to lie.
men, they arent very smart afterall.

Maybe he has a problem, maybe he has moved own. You need to call him and see what the deal is. If it is hard to get in touch with him or something, I wouldn't be bothered with him.
