It would depend on their brain chemistry. We are hardwired to have what many term "spiritual" experiences. This has led to beliefs in gods, aliens, and psychic powers. True aliens who did not have this neurochemistry would probably not believe in god, regardless of whether or not they were more intelligent than us.

Yes
The angels are about as alien from us as you can get and they believe in God, even the fallen angels. They are a highly intelligent form of energy that survive on a different plain of existence, crossing over to us as needed.

Interesting...
I believe that all souls are dorment till they hear the word God, an example : tell a child nothing about mathematics, it will know nothing about it, tell it nothing about God, and it will know nothing about God, while in this life.Every soul meets God eventually.
So any intelligent being, be it alien to us, or us alien to them, who has heard about God, has then a soul that has been awakened, having then the knowledge of God.
All souls are spiritual beings, nothing to do with race, creed , colour or size.
