It would have been helpful to know how "way over" 100 your temp is. Up to 102 we initiate cooling measures and 103 and up can trigger seizures. Keep taking Tylenol 650mg every 4 hours and monitor your temp. A cool shower will help and stay lightly covered. Plenty of fluids (cold water).

I think about 106° is the point where they start worrying about your brain and using emergency methods to cool your body down.
100°-102° are above normal and you should take a fever reducer (tylenol, advil) and keep an eye on it. 103°-104° is pretty high and you should probably go to the doctor.

Not a medical type but people sure get concerned with temps above about 103, 104. Much higher can have serious adverse affects.

Generally it won't kill you to be that hot, but you should really see a doctor when you have a fever. If you don't want to, you should at least try to find a way to lower your temp. with either cold compresses or fever reducers like Tylenol.
Hope you feel better soon.

Take your temp under your arm. Leave it there for two minutes. If it is above 104 or is at 40C then take two disprin or paracetamol. Any higher than that and you wont be using the comp!!

A fever is rarely dangerous unless you become dehydrated. Take a fever reducer and if you need the fever to break quickly take a luke warm bath. Not cool or cold you'll get chilled and the fever will get worse.

Assuming you are an adult, anything over 103 is cause for concern.
