a microfiber cloth works da best (it wont scratch your screen)
and all you need is to add water(they are pretty cheap 2)

Try using a CD/DVD scratch removing polish, with a clean cotton cloth. I have some plastic polish that I use on CDs/DVDs as well as plastic screens. So one that works on CDs/DVDs will probably work as well, probably with more effort, but less wearing-off.
