honestly, you really can't.

and i wasn't going to say 4 lbs, i was going to say 2.

up your water intake - that will make a huge difference just by itself. and cut out fast and processed foods. fresh fruits, veggies, lean meats - that is what i would stick with.

Follow a normal low carb diet. Try to get in less than 20 carbs a day, which is strict induction by Atkins standards. You can look up more info on Atkinds website http://atkins.com/. It does depend on how much you weigh, if you're already pretty thin, you may not lose 7 lbs. But even still, if you drink around 80oz or more of water and eat less than 20 grams of carbs, you should actually be able to lose 7 lbs safely. In the beginning, you lose quite a bit of water weight, so 7 lbs is definitely do-able. Good luck and be safe!!

No no no...all thats way too complicated, and also you received't do any of it besides. Doing exercising and replacing your way of existence is a superb lengthy time period plan, yet its not something you're about to do after a education from an nameless commenter. What I do even as i favor to lose some pounds is this, and its common. I devour a huge breakfast. devour a sandwich or something at round 2:00. and do not devour for something of the day till your abdomen receives used to it. in case you get hungry the first day, merely drink a liter of water. Our sensory of starvation and thirst are good next to at least one yet another, and many times when we assume of we are hungry, we are easily thirsty, overlayed by the further commen "feeling" of starvation. How many times do you easily experience hungry? isn't any extra like you're lusting for "something" and also you do not understand what? many times fatty? Yeah, thats the thirst disguised as starvation. So...tonight, instead of eating dinner, have a liter of water. you'll nevertheless experience hungry because your body is used to getting carbs and fat at this element, yet which will bypass away by the 2d or third day. After a lengthy time period you may commence to devour a salad with grilled fowl for dinner...or tuna. (yet Tuna has mercury) besides, it extremely works wonders for ME. i can many times see consequences the subsequent day even. strong success.

This is a serious answer. You should not loose more than 2 ponds a week, never mind 4 let alone 7.

Change your lifestyle. Eat less. Eat healthier. Get active.

There are no shortcuts.

I'm not an expert on diets, but try to cut out all sweets, and drink only water. it may seem hard, but just remember its only for a week. try to eat a little smaller meals than you normally would, or just only eat when you're hungry. only eat healthy foods too, and excersize. i remember reading somewhere that eating nuts makes you less hungry, plus they're a great source of protein. good luck!
