I need the spelling for these...they will be phonetic as they are off a tape. These are antibiotics to treat staph. It sounds like Gapomycin, Sittersin, and intravenous backdrop. Thank you.

Garamycin, Cipro (ciprofloxacin) and IV Bactrim are the closest matches I can come up with. Does this person have an accent? These are terrible phonetics!

there are many other antibiotics that treat Staph infections but I believe the ones you mention here are Gentamycin and possibly Penecillin or Clindamycin, all are give in an intravenous drip.
