All dogs talk, didn't you know that? How many mute canines have you ever seen in your life?
Every dog I see runs right up to the other dogs and starts talking away. Or else they stand there and yell across the yard at them!

It's just a tragedy that we don't understand what they're saying!!!

Well technally no. Humans have the ability to talk becausetheyhave a different larnyx (voice box) design and is much more advanced than a dogs. Also, you have to consider even that chimpanzees (that share %98 of your genes) can't speak so taking that into account, there is no way a dog can learn to speak iwht a mind of its own.

Somtimes if you watch a show called 'Americas Funniest Animals' you will see a human say somthing to a dog and the dog will bark back the same thing, which sounds similar but is not really 'speaking human launguage', rather the explination for this is that the dog can make pitches in his barking, to make tones that somtimes mimic the human voice. Even so, these 'talking dogs' don't say these phrases with their own mind and don't know what they mean, they are taught by us humans.

Well they do have collars you can put on your dog and when they bark the remote that you have in your hand tells you what they said!! I really do not believe this works but that would be a talking dog!!! Ha ha Dogs lack the proper vocal cords to speck the way we do So I am sure this will never happen

Dogs do not have the physical necessities to vocalize words. Sure, you can teach them to bark in a way that mimics a word, but that is completely different. Even though many animals have the intelligence level to understand language, including dogs, they do not have the proper anatomical set-up to fashion them the same way as humans.

Unfortunately, the shapes of a dog's mouth and lips are not capeable of forming words we could identify as a language.

Dogs do talk - in real life.

It's up to you to learn how to communicate with them.
