please can anybody help i am travelling to oz on the 22nd of jan and have recieved my e.t.a visas in my e-mail but can't print them off as it keeps saying that the attchment has not been decoded properly before being sent,any help appreciated

What format is the attatchment? is it an image (.gif, .jpg etc?) or in the form of a document .doc, .pdf?
It may be that you do not have the software required to open the attachment.
If you try to open the attachment in a different peice of software, then it may return an error.
Get in touch with the sender and find out what you need to open the attatchment and get them to re-send if necessary.

How spooky because I arrive back in England from Oz on 22nd january...do you want to rent my room in my absence?
This is my third time in Oz. The first 2 times I had a paper visa which was attached to my passport. However, when I came here in Sept 06 I found that my visa was issued electronically. I shouldn't worry too much.....They let me in!!!!!!!

It is most unlikely your Visa is in the wrong format to open.The trouble seems to arise with your own computer and its settings.You must attend this at once if you want to travel on jan 22.remember this is your responsibility.

I believe there must be a telephone number in that email. Why do not you call the sender and tell them about the problem. I am sure they will sort it out.
