The question is not very clear. If you refer to English used internationally then the answer is certainly YES, these words are used in English wherever it is spoken.

If the meaning of the question is whether the equivalents or translations of YES and NO exist in other languages, the answer is again YES, though I am not sure about existence of some artificial language without these elementary notions.

they are used internationally, but different languages have different words for them, but alot of versions are similar to english. In french yes is oui, and no is non. but non is pronounced no

Well, no there's a differant word for yes in spanish, french, italian, and probably a lot of other countries. I'm not sure about no though.

No, each language has its own way of saying them. We do understand them, though. By the way, about nodding and shaking, I thought that was international, but turns out in Bulgaria they are doing it the other way round, perhaps elsewhere too.

yes definitely every country has its own word.

The words are somewhat international, but you should learn them in the language of any country you are visiting. Shaking or nodding your head will be understood anywhere though.

no = nu

this is romanian and except the young kids that wanna make an inpession we don't use them....

No. "no" is used in Spanish. And "yes" in spanish means "si".
