Qu'est-ce que c'est? means "What is it?" in french. If you say "Qu'est-ce que c'est que ça?" it could mean "what is this" or "what is that".

Drop the capital letters; only the first one needs a capital letter.

Either "What is is" or "What is that" I think....I'm learning French and my teacher uses that for flashcards and stuff like that. Have fun learning French! If you want another fun language, try Japanese!
