I've never had really long hair, i've always had it cut to the shoulder, it used to grow really fast when i was a kid, now it takes soo long for it to grow,i have a really nice wavy hair , is there any way i can make it grow longer and faster??

I dont think you can. Maybe the thicker your hair the faster it grows? Mine is very very thick and grows so fast - about 6 inches a year - it is stupid, but good as I constantly change my style and the ones i dont like quickly grow out. But my mums is pretty thin and has been growing for about 4 years and still hasnt got as long as mine did in less than a year.

prenatal vitamins are usually associated with the hair and nail growth in pregnant women. It makes sense, they are pretty much just a multivitamin any way. You don't have to be preggo to take them either. You can buy them without prescription at most any drug store. CVS, Walmart, Kmart, Longs...the list goes on. For $25-$35 you can have almost a years supply. (They come in big bottles of like 260 and you only take one a day)

You might need to talk to a doctor or beautician on this one, but you might try special shampoos or taking vitamins that promote hair and nail growth... I can't remember what vitamins those are, but if you talk to a beautician they should be able to help you.
Hit your local beauty shop. If nothing ends up working for you can at least take comfort in the fact that you can get your hair shoulder length!

Vitamin E works wonders. 1,000 mg a day. You'll see the difference in a a couple of weeks to a month depending on your diet and over all health. Use a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. Minimize heat and unnecessary damage to your hair.

Eat plenty of Jello, or put Knox gelatin in your hot tea or coffee.
